DESCRIPTION:Leibniz-Institut für Europäische Geschichte Mainz\NVom 7. bis 9. Juni
	 2012 wird der Verein für Reformationsgeschichte in Kooperation mit dem
	 Leibniz-Institut für Europäische Geschichte in Mainz und der Division
	 for Late Medieval and Reformation Studies in Tucson\, Arizona\, eine
	 interdisziplinäre und internationale Tagung zu dem Thema "Entfaltung und
	 zeitgenössische Wirkung der Reformation im europäischen Kontext"
	 veranstalten. Tagungsort ist das Haus Hainstein in
	 Eisenach.\N\N\N\N\NVom 7. bis 9. Juni 2012 wird der Verein für
	 Reformationsgeschichte in Kooperation mit dem Leibniz-Institut für
	 Europäische Geschichte in Mainz und der Division for Late Medieval and
	 Reformation Studies in Tucson\, Arizona\, eine interdisziplinäre und
	 internationale Tagung zu dem Thema "Entfaltung und zeitgenössische
	 Wirkung der Reformation im europäischen Kontext" veranstalten.
	 Tagungsort ist das Haus Hainstein in Eisenach.\NDie Tagung wird der
	 Frage nach der Verbreitung\, Rezeption und kulturellen Adaption bzw.
	 Transformation reformatorischer Strömungen in Europa auf drei
	 Themenfeldern nachgehen: 1. Kommunikation\, Medien und Diskurse\, 2.
	 Akteure und Vermittler\, 3. Räume und Rituale in der Lebenspraxis. Ziel
	 der Tagung ist\, jene Dynamiken und Mechanismen zu erfassen und
	 möglichst vergleichend in den Blick zu nehmen\, die die Entfaltung der
	 Reformation in Europa begleiteten. Es sollen Ausprägungs- und
	 Verbreitungsmuster identifiziert werden\, die je nach historisch-
	 kulturellem oder religiös-theologiegeschichtlichem Substrat variierten
	 und eigene Charakteristika aufwiesen. \N\NNähere Informationen entnehmen

	 Reformationsgeschichte\, in cooperation with the Institute for European
	 History in Mainz and the Division for Late Medieval and Reformation
	 Studies in Tucson\, Arizona\, is organizing an international and
	 interdisciplinary symposium on the subject of the dissemination and
	 contemporary effects of the Reformation in Europe (German title:
	 "Entfaltung und zeitgenössische Wirkung der Reformation im europäischen
	 Kontext"). The conference will take place in Eisenach\, Germany\, on 7-9
	 June 2012.\NThe symposium seeks to explore how the Reformation movements
	 spread and were adapted or transformed in Europe. Three major fields of
	 cultural adaptation and transformation will be explored: first\, the
	 media\, communication\, and discourses\; second\, actors and mediators\;
	 third\, spaces and rituals in everyday life. The purpose of the
	 symposium is to identify and compare dynamics and mechanisms which led
	 to the dissemination of the Reformation in Europe. To what extent can we
	 identify patterns of dissemination? How was the Reformation adapted in
	 various regions of Europe? How were these processes of adaptation
	 influenced by the cultural and religious background of these regions?
