Veranstaltung(VI.) Materials´ Days Rostock 2010 and Øresund Brokerage
The development of New Materials and their engineering for a wide range of applications matured to an important key technology of this decade. The relevant technological properties can be influenced in a variety of exciting new ways. Recent achievements will be presented by invited lecturers.
The VI. Materials Days´ Rostock are combined with an Oresund Brokerage focusing on Material Sciences, Life Sciences, Environment and Energy welcoming cross-disciplinary approaches to strengthen the efforts of the transnational initiatives Science Corridor and the Oresund Materials Platform. This matchmaking event addresses researchers from industry and academia from the Oresund Science Region and the three northern provinces of Germany, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to create a successful network also in the education and training of young people. The researchers are invited to present their project ideas within three minutes by using only one power slide to a broad auditorium and a jury of experts. The presentations will be the basis of informal and precise matchmakings during the evening event.
